After an incredible 42 years leading Daugherty’s Heating & Cooling, Bob Daugherty has some exciting news to share. Grateful for the loyalty of valued customers like you, Bob has made the decision to pass the torch to Dayton’s Heating & Cooling, a family-run HVAC company led by owner Johnce Wells. This move is fueled by a shared commitment to outstanding customer service and a dedication to providing top-notch heating and cooling solutions. With 80 combined years of experience between the two companies, including Jerod Daugherty (Bob's son) joining the team, customers can anticipate a seamless continuation of excellent HVAC services. Transitioning to a consulting role, Bob expresses heartfelt thanks for the years of support and eagerly looks forward to seeing the community flourish under the capable care of Johnce and the team at Dayton’s Heating & Cooling.
